Suites Hotel & Spa Knowlsley are pleased to welcome Neil Sinnott to the team as Operations Manager.
Neil has over 15 years of experience of hospitality experience, most recently he worked as Operations Manager at The Shankly Hotel Liverpool. Prior to this, Neil was Food and Beverage Manager at Marriott Liverpool and Thornton Hall & Spa; bringing a great wealth of experience to Suites Hotel & Spa.
Overseeing all aspects of the hotel, Neil will be responsible for day to day operations and strategic direction of the hotel, including 98 suites; Handley’s Brasserie, Leisure Club, The Spa and the hotel’s meeting and events offering.
Ensuring customer expectations are both met and exceeded, Neil will also be working closely with his new team to continue to raise the hotel’s profile.

Neil joins the business at an exciting time with renovations and new offerings for the hotel and spa planned for later on in 2017.
