In October 2016, The Suites Hotel and Spa was awarded a ‘5 Bubble’ rating for the second year, for its state-of-the art Spa by The Good Spa Guide, the independent national gauge by which spas up and down the country are reviewed and rated.

The review is carried out using the Good Spa Guide’s rigorous set of guidelines and strict criteria, which includes customer care, cleanliness, quality of treatments, and value for money. 

The ‘5 Bubbles’ rating is the highest score and The Spa at Suites Hotel was the first spa on Merseyside to receive this accolade.
